A new residential block carefully integrated into the existing Concord College campus. The campus was originally the grounds of a large country residence and part of the new building directly abuts an existing eighteenth century wall. New windows to the residential block are punched through the wall. This £830,000 development was phased in two parts. The completed group of new buildings form an open private courtyard, reinforcing and complementing the existing historical context.
