A new residential courtyard set in the historical grounds of Concord College. Traditional forms sit into the rural landscape. Small towers on the roofs accommodate plant and service equipment. The scheme is characterised by its informal domestic feel. The new buildings face out toward the surrounding countryside, and inwards toward a more private landscaped courtyard. The project, with a contract value of £600,000, also features special needs accommodation for disabled students.
